Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Utah in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a large caseload.
• Willingness to travel to various courtrooms as required.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions in active litigation.
• Advocate on behalf of clients at hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Review case files and determine appropriate actions.
• Negotiate settlements to protect client interests.
• Maintain documentation of accounts using internal software.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and firm SOPs.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch footprint as needed.
• Prepare for hearings and participate in case strategy development.
