Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Salt Lake City, Utah team. The candidate must live in the Salt Lake City area to attend local hearings and join a firm known for ethics, compliance, and assertive client representation.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 per year, plus applicable bonus. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing litigation files, and advocating for clients at hearings and trials.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Utah.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Review litigation files to determine appropriate action and strategy.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and firm procedures.
