Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our national creditor rights team.

The candidate must live in the Salt Lake City area to attend local hearings and bring strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. We offer a base salary range of $90,000-$100,000 per year, plus applicable bonus, a full benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement in a firm that emphasizes ethics, compliance, and effective representation

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Utah and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery in active litigation files.
• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at various litigation settings.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
