Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Utah in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Motivated self-starter with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and parties outside the firm.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in active litigation.
• Review case files to determine proper actions and strategy.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials; develop case strategy.
