Qualifications

• 2–4 years of litigation experience required.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to WSBA or eligible for reciprocity.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• High ethics and professional integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of civil litigation from pleading to trial.
• Engage in discovery; draft written discovery and handle depositions.
• Conduct factual and legal research.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Pretrial and trial practice.
