Job summary

Seattle-based national litigation practice group seeks a mid-level associate to join its Complex Litigation team in the Seattle office. The candidate will handle high-stakes commercial disputes as part of a multidisciplinary national team, overseeing case operations, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and conducting complex legal research.

Ideal candidates hold a JD (Class of 2022–2024), are licensed or eligible to practice in Washington, and have experience in commercial litigation;

Qualifications

• JD Class of 2022–2024.
• Licensed in WA or eligible to be licensed.
• Experience in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Case management: Oversee day-to-day litigation operations and discovery.
• Drafting: Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Depositions & Court: Take/defend depositions and assist with trial preparation.
• Legal research: Conduct complex legal research and draft memoranda on substantive/procedural issues.
