Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a skilled litigation attorney in Seattle to handle cases through the entire litigation process under supervision. You will meet with clients, devise strategies, and conduct discovery, depositions, and hearings.

The role requires at least 5 years in civil litigation and solid motion practice experience. You will draft motions, argue papers, and assist clients with settlement negotiations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with motion practice essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases through the litigation process with supervision.
• Meet with clients to discuss issues and devise litigation strategies.
• Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions, reviewing evidence and speaking with clients.
• Draft motions and other legal papers.
• Conduct discovery and take depositions.
• Attend hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions and papers.
• Conduct hearings and trials as required.
• Assist clients with executing settlement agreements.
