Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking attorneys to join our Litigation team. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of civil litigation experience and is licensed to practice in South Carolina, or has pending SC bar results.

Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training. You will gain hands-on experience from case inception to trial, with direct client contact, and participate in depositions, discovery, settlements, and trial preparation.

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations

• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants

We are seeking attorneys to join our Litigation team in Myrtle Beach. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.

Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of practice experience. Our associates are given hands on experience in all phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial, as well as direct client contact.
