Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie seeks experienced insurance coverage litigators to join its NC/SC litigation teams. After training, hybrid/remote options are available. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in insurance coverage litigation and must be licensed in NC or SC. A portable book of business is a plus.

MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 22 offices across 12 states. We are seeking experienced Coverage attorneys to join our Litigation teams in North and South Carolina. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team. Our associates are given hands on experience in all phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial, as well as direct client contact. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of insurance coverage litigation or other relevant experience. Must be licensed to practice law in North or South Carolina. This position can be based out of any of our South Carolina offices (Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, or Myrtle Beach), or our Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina offices. A portable book of business is also a plus.
