Job summary

Jobot in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation practice. You will handle sophisticated matters from inception through resolution while collaborating with experienced trial attorneys representing businesses, insurers, and national clients.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar status, 2+ years civil litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and excellent client management.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active State Bar license.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience is preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters from inception through resolution with supervision as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and trial-ready briefs for filing in court.
• Take and defend depositions and coordinate with clients and experts.
• Provide clear client updates and strategic recommendations.
