My client, a well-established mid-sized law firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing Real Estate Litigation team.

With a strong focus on lender-side commercial mortgage foreclosure and secured creditor enforcement, this role offers hands-on litigation experience in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.

The firm is a respected leader in New York real estate law, known for its strong litigation team, collaborative culture, and commitment to mentorship, with clear opportunities for leadership, business development, and client engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Independently manage commercial mortgage foreclosure and other secured financing enforcement matters

-Draft and argue dispositive motions, injunctions, and related litigation documents

-Perform diligence for note and mortgage purchases and sales

-Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and appellate briefs

-Represent clients in New York State and Federal courts, including mediations and hearings

What They’re Looking For:

-3–5 years of experience in commercial or real estate litigation

-Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills

-Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission is a plus)

-Ability to work independently on complex matters and meet deadlines

-Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented environment
