Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate in the Greater Boston area. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for an attorney with 3–6 years of civil litigation experience who wishes to develop or expand an employment law practice.

You will manage a caseload, perform research, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions and hearings while communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel. Massachusetts Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission.
• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Employment law experience or interest is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of civil litigation experience who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop or expand their employment law practice.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who can manage multiple matters, work independently, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.
