Job summary

We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join a respected law firm. The role offers hands-on exposure to all phases of litigation, substantial client interaction, and collaboration with experienced attorneys on complex civil and commercial disputes.

You will handle matters from intake to resolution, draft essential pleadings and motions, perform in-depth legal research, and participate in depositions, hearings, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license in the applicable state bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop as a litigator.
