Key duties include managing complex matters with increasing independence, drafting pleadings and dispositive briefs, overseeing discovery, and engaging in depositions, hearings, and client strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court
• Experience with a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice preferred
• Strong experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
• Excellent professional judgment with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Active Bar membership in the applicable state
