Staffers Inc. is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and work on complex, high-impact cases across multiple civil litigation areas.

The attorney will handle a diverse caseload—from inception to resolution—covering pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and potential appeals, while providing strategic legal counsel and collaborating with staff to develop effective case strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• Bonus potential (performance-based; not guaranteed).

Responsibilities
