Job summary

Offit Kurman in Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate or Counsel to join our growing practice. This role offers hands-on case management and exposure to sophisticated business disputes within a collaborative, entrepreneurial platform.

You will handle matters from inception to resolution, draft critical pleadings, manage discovery, and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials. Florida Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of commercial litigation experience, with focus on financial services, real estate, or creditors' rights a plus.
• Strong motions practice, court appearances, and depositions.
• Trial or arbitration experience preferred.
