What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidatewill have a strong commercial litigation background, with experience in one ormore of the following areas:

• Lender-side foreclosures
• Bankruptcy and creditors’rights
• Loan workouts andrestructurings
• Real estate litigation
• General commercial and businessdisputes

Candidates should haveexperience handling substantive aspects of litigation, including legal researchand analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, communicatingwith clients and opposing counsel, and assisting with matters through resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commerciallitigation experience
• J.D. from an accredited lawschool
• Active and in good standingwith at least one U.S. state bar
• Strong research, writing, andanalytical skills
• Ability to manage mattersindependently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Excellent communication,organizational, and client-service skills
• New York and/or New Jerseyadmission and experience
