Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks a senior commercial litigation attorney to join and help grow its Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate has substantial first-chair trial experience and a proven ability to manage complex business disputes from inception to resolution.

You will lead hearings, motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation, handling matters in state and federal court while contributing to the firm's California litigation practice expansion.

• Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.

• Strong motion practice and case management skills.
