Orion Placement seeks an attorney for a hands-on commercial litigation role in Miami, on-site in a collaborative office. You will develop litigation strategy with senior attorneys, draft pleadings, handle depositions, and help drive strategy across cases.

Qualifications

• Active and good-standing Florida Bar license.
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case
