Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 law firm, seeks a senior commercial litigation attorney to join and help grow its Fort Lauderdale office. The role requires substantial first-chair trial experience and the ability to manage complex disputes.

The successful candidate will lead hearings and motions, supervise associates, and help shape the firm’s Florida litigation practice through strategic case management and client service.

Qualifications

• Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Strong motion practice and case management skills.
• Experience handling complex business disputes.
