Qualifications

Davis Malm seeks a litigation associate with 4-6 years of experience to work in our sophisticated commercial litigation practice. This is a full-time position, requiring employees to work in our Boston office consistent with the firm’s current hybrid work policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research (Lexis platform), draft discovery, engage in careful discovery management, and conduct depositions.
• Trial preparation.
• Argue motions and represent clients at conferences.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, including in the courtroom.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter.
• Active Massachusetts Bar license in good standing
