Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, including courtroom experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Active Massachusetts Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research (Lexis platform), draft discovery, manage discovery, and conduct depositions.
• Trial preparation.
• Argue motions and represent clients at conferences.
