• Conduct extensive legal research (Lexis platform), draft discovery, curate discovery management, and conduct depositions.
• Trial preparation and strategy development.
• Argue motions and represent clients at conferences.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, including in the courtroom.
