Remote People is partnering with a large AmLaw 100 law firm to add a Litigation Associate to its Boston litigation team. The ideal candidate will handle complex matters from pretrial through appeal, conduct research, draft briefs, and manage discovery.

We value JD/LLM credentials, Massachusetts admission, and 4+ years of experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Hybrid schedule offered.

The group is known for resourceful strategy, strong advocacy, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate work.

What You'll Do

• Handle complex litigation matters from pretrial through trial and appeal
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and other litigation documents
• Manage document production and discovery processes
• Support practice growth through business development activities, including contributing to articles and speaking engagements
• Collaborate closely with senior litigators on case strategy

What You Bring

• J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
• 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
• Judicial clerkship experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong professionalism with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively
