Job summary

KLA is seeking a Customer Applications Development Engineer in the MACH division to advance lithography software solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. You will work with international clients, optimize processes, and develop analytics applications to improve yield and efficiency.

The role involves on-site customer support, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving product acceptance through demonstrations and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong focus on lithography.
• University degree in Engineering, Physics or related science; not software/IT.
• Excellent written and spoken English with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support customers on lithography process optimization and structural improvements.
• Design and implement product applications for MACH Analytics software.
• Develop test plans, collect data, and publish results with recommendations.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and collaborate with engineering for resolution.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal teams.
