Job summary

KLA in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a Customer Applications Development Engineer for semiconductor lithography. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive adoption of MACH Analytics software.

You will design product applications, support new product introductions, run alpha/beta tests, and create documentation. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; English proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on lithography.
Hands-on experience with exposure tools preferred.
University degree in Engineering, Physics or related science.
Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Drive process optimization and product adoption with customers and teams.
Design and implement product applications for MACH Analytics.
Develop feature requirements, test plans, and analyses.
Transfer knowledge to Field Application teams; create technical docs.
Perform problem diagnosis and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and internal teams.
