Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Lithography Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will work with Lithography Process Engineers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that improve factory productivity and data-driven decision making.

The role provides exposure to photolithography processes, data analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies, with base hourly pay and flexible hours to fit academic schedules.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the listed STEM fields.
• Junior or Senior undergraduate standing preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred; strong analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to reduce non-value-added activities and boost productivity.
• Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking metrics.
• Monitor production performance and identify trends affecting output.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data; perform statistical analysis; present findings.
