Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a DRAM Lithography Intern to contribute to next-generation semiconductor manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with Photolithography, Metrology, Dry Etch, and Wet Process teams to develop solutions for process optimization and technology development. The role provides opportunities to apply AI and data-driven approaches to complex manufacturing challenges and to gain hands-on experience in a world-leading memory and storage company.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated through coursework or projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Currently enrolled in an academic program through Fall 2027 and pursuing a degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to optimize photolithography processes and related technologies.
  • Plan, run, and document experiments in a cleanroom environment using advanced equipment.
  • Analyze process images and manufacturing data using AI-enabled methodologies where appropriate.
  • Support photolithography simulations, process window optimization, overlay improvement, and CDU performance.
  • Prepare written reports and present findings and recommendations.
