Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline is required or pursued.
• Junior or Senior undergraduate standing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to reduce non-value-added activities and improve manufacturing productivity.
• Analyze equipment performance, utilization, downtime, and operational metrics to identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking metrics.
• Monitor production performance and identify trends impacting output and tool availability.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.
