Job summary

MCC in Ohio is seeking an experienced finishing supervisor to lead daily team activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure set-up, run, and tear-down processes follow Work Instructions and provide immediate support when finishing processes are down.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, problem solving, and the ability to coach others. You will participate in shift meetings, monitor quality and safety, and collaborate with other departments to keep orders

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for finishing team.
• Drive standard work adherence at all work cells following Work Instructions.
• Provide immediate support when finishing process is down.
• Lead daily team meetings on quality, safety, performance, staffing, and scheduling.
• Communicate concerns and status of orders at shift changes.
• Train and demonstrate for new employees.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Communicate with other departments and team leaders.
