Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a Finishing Supervisor in Spring Mill, PA to lead safety, production, sustainability and quality across shifts, ensuring the plant meets its daily goals and long-term objectives.

You will provide team leadership, enforce Lean manufacturing practices, perform safety observations, manage time and attendance in Dayforce, collaborate with Sales/Operations, and drive process improvements to expedite orders while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused leadership experience in a manufacturing/LEAN environment.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple shifts.
• LEAN manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement orientation.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety requirements and conduct safety observations.
• Lead and coordinate shifts to meet safety, production, sustainability and quality standards.
• Provide leadership to direct reports and resolve staffing conflicts.
• Collaborate with Production/Finishing Manager to align departmental goals with plant operations.
• Identify and communicate process improvements to expedite orders and reduce costs.
• Perform annual performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
