Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a finishing role.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.

• Excellent problem solver who gathers and analyzes information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for finishing team.
• Drive standard work adherence at all work cells, ensuring setup, run, and teardown processes follow Work Instructions.
• Provide immediate support when finishing process is down.
• Lead daily team meetings on quality, safety, performance, staffing, and scheduling.
• Communicate concerns, issues, and order status at shift changes with peers and shift supervisor.
• Train and perform demonstrations for new employees.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Communicate with other departments and other team leaders.
