Cirba Solutions in Lancaster, OH is hiring a Battery Technician Lithium for the 3rd shift. The role focuses on setting up and operating equipment to process recycled lithium batteries while ensuring high-quality output and safe operation.

You'll work within a team, follow SOPs, and maintain equipment, with opportunities for training and growth in a safety‑driven, equal‑opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 10-40 pounds individually, and up to 40+ pounds with a team.
• Familiarity with machinery and operating procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Lockout/Tagout experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily set up of equipment for operation.
• Operate equipment according to SOPs.
• Maintain and clean filter press.
• Make adjustments to equipment to improve performance.
• Operate forklift to move finished product.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.

Skills

Knowledge of machinery and tools

Understanding of operating procedures
