Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities, work directly with Manager.
• Process daily product receipts within MyOrders.
• Assist in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Directly involved with daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
• Follows ISO 9001:2008 Procedures.
• Ensures inbound products have correct counts and notes on discrepancies.
• Verifies vendor packing slips and part numbers match customer orders.
• Notates updates to customer orders.
• Tracks product in/out of lab and staging areas.
• Ensures shipments include packing slips, invoices, SDS, etc.
• Packages shipments securely with packing materials.
• Reports and tracks RMA issues.
• Must have training in Lithium Ion/Metal Battery per IATA guidelines.
• Maintains daily warehouse security (alarms/doors).
• Understands distribution flow to enable improvements.
• Must lift up to 75lbs.
• Collaborates with RMA and Global teams.
