Job summary

Presidio in Fulton, MD is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily inbound/outbound operations, receive shipments in MyOrders, and assist with monthly/annual inventory efforts.

You will perform packing, staging, and shipping, ensure accuracy against vendor packing slips, follow ISO 9001:2008 procedures, and contribute to safe warehouse practices. Candidates need 1–3 years in shipping/receiving and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in shipping, receiving or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process daily product receipts within MyOrders.
• Assist in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Handle daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
• Ensure inbound product counts and vendor part numbers match customer orders.
• Follow ISO 9001:2008 procedures and document updates as needed.
• Ensure safety and secure packaging; lift up to 75 lbs.
