Job summary

Presidio is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment in our Michigan warehouse. You will process receipts, conduct physical counts, ensure ISO 9001 and IATA lithium battery guidelines compliance, verify documentation, and coordinate with global teams to keep shipments accurate and secure.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Follows ISO 9001 procedures and labelling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities with Manager guidance.
• Process daily product receipts using MyOrders.
• Assist in monthly/yearly inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Handle inbound/outbound shipping and storage of orders.
• Ensure shipments include packing slips, invoices, SDS sheets.
• Verify product counts against vendor packing slips and customer orders.
• Maintain warehouse security and proper documentation.
• Track RMA issues with Global teams and update records.
