Job summary

Fiberlight is seeking a Manager of LIT Services to lead day-to-day operations of our LIT infrastructure services. This role requires deep lighting technology knowledge, extensive telecom experience, and a proven track record in guiding and expanding service offerings.

The position oversees field technicians, project planning, and cross-department collaboration with network engineering and customer support, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and reporting on performance and trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a management role overseeing technical field teams.
• Strong background in telecommunications and lighting infrastructure services.
• Experience planning and overseeing field service projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary team member responsible for the Field Technicians.
• Oversee planning and execution of field service projects, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
