Job summary

FiberLight, LLC seeks a Manager of LIT Services to lead the day-to-day operations of the LIT infrastructure. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate field service projects, ensure safety and quality, and drive timely delivery in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

This role requires strong telecommunications expertise, hands-on troubleshooting, vendor management, and cross‑department collaboration to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience leading technical field teams.
• Strong telecommunications background with lighting technologies and infra services.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and overseeing field service projects to successful completion.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and PO administration.
• Proficiency with task allocation tools and workforce coordination.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting with emphasis on compliance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary team member responsible for the Field Technicians.
• Oversee planning and execution of field service projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Work with fellow technicians on site; active working and supervisory role.
• Ensure team members follow policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes for team members.
• Mentor and support professional growth; share knowledge and industry news.
• On-the-job training for new members when needed.
• Collaborate with network engineering and customer support for seamless service delivery.
• Proficient in troubleshooting network issues, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Oversee vendor relationships and optimize partnerships for procurement and operation excellence.
• Maintain operational documentation and generate reports on performance, utilization, and trends.
• Manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Use task allocation tools to assign and track tasks among ISP technicians for timely completion.
