Qualifikationen

• Current Ohio LISW-S required.
• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Experience supervising clinicians pursuing independent licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and evidence-based practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for substance use treatment.
• Supervise clinicians pursuing independent licensure per board requirements.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, CARF, and organizational standards.
• Mentor clinical staff through training and performance feedback.
