Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, or equivalent social services field.
• Hold licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation from state of Ohio.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience working in social services field i.e., substance abuse, residential treatment, etc.
• Attend regular professional education classes/workshops to continuously upgrade job skills or promote the image of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all treatment programs and supervise staff delivering outpatient services.
• Supervise clinical interns and non-licensed staff; ensure compliance with scope of practice.
• Lead clinical team meetings and ensure timely preparation of reports.
• Coordinate program design, development, and implementation of treatment and transitional programs.
