Personal Growth Counseling Services in Toledo, Ohio seeks a Clinical Supervisor (LSW/LPC) to lead day-to-day clinical practices at behavioral health program sites while maintaining a direct therapy caseload.

You will support staff development, ensure documentation quality, and promote adherence to policy, ethics, and care standards in a client-centered, medically necessary service delivery model.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio license as an LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC.
• Minimum of three years of experience practicing as a licensed clinician with direct therapy services.
• Experience providing clinical guidance, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to behavioral health staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical guidance, consultation, coaching, and day-to-day support to assigned therapists and other staff.
• Serve as an accessible clinical resource at program sites for questions, documentation, and barriers to care.
• Support case conceptualization, assessments, treatment planning, interventions, and discharge planning.
• Escalate complex or high-risk situations to independent clinical leadership when necessary.
• Reinforce ethical decision-making, trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and medically necessary service delivery.
• Maintain an assigned therapy caseload and provide direct clinical services within licensure scope.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
