The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, LISWS or equivalent, and proven clinical management experience. This senior leadership position offers autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
• Independent LISWS or equivalent license for supervisory behavioral health.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, supervise, and develop staff.
• Knowledge of community resources and partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight across all service areas, including Dayton.
• Manage daily clinical operations and supervise staff.
• Review assessments and ensure evidence-based practices and outcomes measurement.
• Develop objectives, staffing patterns, and budgets with the management team.
• Collaborate with management and meet weekly to review goals and issues.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and ensure quality of care.
