Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision for behavioral health professionals serving clients with mental health, substance-use, and co-occurring disorders in Ohio.

The role requires an active Ohio LISW or LPCC license (LISW-S or LPCC-S eligible) and a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, plus strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; travel may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to counselors and clinical staff.
• Oversee therapy, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Review clinical documentation and treatment plans for quality and compliance.
• Support staff with complex behavioral health and substance-use cases.
• Provide consultation on crisis situations, risk assessments, and safety planning.
• Support staff training, onboarding, mentoring, and professional development.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and community providers.
• Ensure HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Ohio regulations, and organizational standards compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development.
