Job summary

Sands Real Estate is seeking a Listing Assistant in the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast region to support listing acquisition and management from our Bonita Springs HQ. A Florida Real Estate License is a plus but not strictly required; familiarity with MLS and listing processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site listing appointments and property walk-throughs
• Document details and complete pre-listing checklists
• Coordinate with sellers for required documentation
• Arrange photography, lockbox setup, and signage
• Quality control on property readiness
• Report results to listing agents
