• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead gen to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Participate in team activities.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing, staging, and listing-related services.
• Negotiate offers for sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.
