Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Payroll Analyst to deliver accurate payroll administration for Portuguese and Spanish-speaking teams in Lisbon. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain payroll documentation, and provide timely reporting.

Based in a hybrid Lisbon role, you will collaborate with the Payroll Cluster Manager and global teams to resolve issues, automate processes, and strengthen controls. This fixed-term contract offers growth within a leading consumer health company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication to liaise with various departments and resolve payroll issues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement payroll processes for Portuguese and Spanish-speaking teams with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop payroll reporting tools and improve processes.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze payroll data trends to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Support integration and customization of payroll software for multilingual teams.
• Maintain and update payroll policies, communicating changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit payroll and payroll tax reports in compliance with regulations.
• Develop knowledge of payroll systems and regulatory requirements for continuous improvement.
