Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5–8 years of related experience or combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, direct, and schedule day-to-day and long-range team activities.
• Review and update equipment, maintenance, and calibration procedures.
• Implement client scope of services and ensure programs are followed.
• Manage contractor specifications, performance, and administration.
• Verify compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Track and report performance metrics including quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for department objectives.
• Coach others to develop expertise across function areas.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to address objections at senior levels.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
