Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in treasury management, liquidity, or relevant product lines.
• 7+ years of managerial or project management experience in relevant product lines.
• Strong financial analysis skills including cash flow and product profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry network and market intelligence in treasury and liquidity domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute liquidity strategy aligned with balance sheet objectives and relationship banking.
• Lead end-to-end management of liquidity products (DDA, MMDA, sweep, virtual accounts).
• Support pricing frameworks and enable sales teams to position liquidity solutions.
• Enhance digital/self-service capabilities and integrate with ERP/TMS platforms.
• Ensure governance, risk, and regulatory alignment across the product portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers and foster a client-centric culture.
