Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior leader to direct liquidity strategy and drive business development for a portfolio of GPS clients in New York. The role focuses on advising C-suite treasury executives, growing liquidity revenue, deposits, and related treasury opportunities.

The candidate will oversee cross-border mandates, develop client-specific balance sheet strategies, and collaborate with Treasury, Product, and senior leaders to execute complex initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of banking, treasury services, liquidity management, or corporate finance experience.
• Deep expertise in global liquidity, cash management, deposits, and balance sheet dynamics.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite treasury and finance executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of complex domestic and cross-border liquidity mandates.
• Develop and execute client-specific deposit, investment, and balance sheet strategies.
• Partner with Corporate Treasury, Product Management, Treasury Coverage, and leadership to align client solutions with enterprise objectives.
• Sponsor and lead strategic client engagements, major RFPs, and new business Pursuits globally.
• Influence product innovation and strategic priorities via client feedback and market insights.
