Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Director of Liquidity Management - Deposit Solutions (US) in Global Transaction Banking, located in New York. The role focuses on developing and growing US‑domiciled liquidity products for corporate and commercial clients, across the USMCA corridor and globally.

You will manage product lifecycle, drive P&L growth, establish cross‑functional connections across core banking and payment platforms, and ensure regulatory compliance within GTB’s footprint.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in liquidity management or related transaction banking initiatives.
• Thorough knowledge of liquidity management solutions, industry trends, and US governance frameworks.
• Product management experience is an asset and strong cross‑functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and grow the Liquidity Management – Deposit Solutions product suite (e.g., Pooling, Cash Concentration, Sweeping, Netting, Interest optimization).
• Manage end‑to‑end product development lifecycle and drive roadmap execution.
• Produce regular KPI reports to drive P&L, revenue growth and deposit balances.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Sales, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Treasury and Operations and guide cross‑jurisdictional governance.
• Lead a high‑performance team, foster inclusivity and ensure effective day‑to‑day controls.
